Service at a Japanese hotel, so the staff were very polite, the hotel's private beach was very clean, the rooms were good, and the breakfast was good.

I was looking for a hotel where Japanese was spoken, and booked this hotel as it said it had a Japanese general manager.
The general manager gave me lots of advice, the hotel was comfortable to use, and he also recommended some restaurants in Hoi An, so I was able to eat some delicious food!
The other staff were also very friendly and polite, so I felt at ease when staying here!

The rooms, pool, breakfast, spa, and large public bath were all wonderful.

However, it is located 30 minutes by taxi from Da Nang city, so I don't recommend it for people who mainly stay in the city.
