But hotel room fare is more as per room condition. 300-400 rupees should be less as my survey in same location

I hope this is the correct hotel, it is in Jammu. On the way from Amritsar to Srinagar, this was our pitstop in between flights. Long story short, it was horrible experience. Winter and no heater, no water, and it is extremely dirty. This isnt even a motel, it’s like a dumpster with beds.
