The hotel overall is pretty good! It's also very quiet, and the facilities are OK, but the room is a little smaller, mainly compared with domestic ones, but it's OK in Europe! The breakfast is not bad, don't compare it with domestic four-star hotels. You have to make your own omelettes to make sure you have enough food and clothing! The hotel service is okay, the foreigners are very polite and always smile😊

Chose this hotel for the pool, but all the loungers were taken when we arrived and you have to go into the hotel to get a drink from the bar. Cocktails are a poor impression of the real thing but are reasonably priced. Room was too hot in summer nights and the air conditioning couldn't cope. Needs toilet brushes, and the bleach stains all over the hall carpet replaced. Good parking and friendly staff and a great view over the river.

Nicht sehr freundlich. Niemand grüßt. Die Mitarbeiter von der Rezeption hocken vertieft vor Ihrem PC. Der Hintereingang, der direkt zum Parkplatz führt, bleibt verschlossen, so dass man jedes Mal komplett um das Hotel herumlaufen muss, um zum PKW zu gelangen. Freundlicher Service geht anders

The hotel is perfectly placed, well run, fabulous design. We enjoyed it so much for a winter break that we barely left the place, great for food, drinks, and chilling out. Lovely helpful staff too.

Originally booked as a stop over on the way back to Caen but on arriving found ourselves in an enchanting little enclave on the banks of the 'Rance' under the towering presence of Dinan. The hotel itself was modern with large well appointed rooms, providing for a quiet comfortable nights sleep. Large outdoor swimming pool. Breakfast catered for all tastes. There are plenty of restaurants dotted along the banks of the 'Rance,' near the hotel. Plenty of free parking. Wi-Fi worked well. Will definitely return to explore the area.

First impressions are most important, and the reception staff at this hotel were warmly welcoming, professional and extremely helpful. They offered much welcomed information on the free bus service running up to the walled city of Dinan, and helped to orient us to the area. Our room was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was awesome with a wide variety of all food groups. Although the hotel does not provide lunch and dinner service, it is within close walking distance to numerous good restaurants. On a rainy day, when the complimentary hotel umbrellas had been loaned out, one of the receptionists loaned us her own umbrella. Definitely beyond the call of duty! We would definitely return!

Wonderful location next to the river. Room had a deck overlooking the swimming pool. The bar overlooked the river with lots of restaurants just over the bridge. The walk up to Dinan is a challenge, but a lovely town to visit with many cafes and interesting buildings.

Excellent hôtel situé en bordure de la Rance dans un quartier calme de cette belle ville de Dinan . Les chambres sont grandes et le personnel très agréable. Le bar extérieur en bordure de la rivière est super Parking pratique Nombreux restaurants a proximité

Quel dommage nous venions dans cet hôtel depuis 8 ans et en étions ravis Cette année malgré une réservation faite il y a 6 mois et notre carte accor gold nous nous sommes retrouvés dans une petite chambre avec un lit encastré entre deux murs ,avec seulement une petite fenêtre,une petite télévision accrochée trop bas donc impossible de la voir depuis le lit Je suis en fauteuil qui ne passait pas entre le mur et le lit !!!!!! Nous devions rester 10 jours. Mais il a été impossible de changer Face à un directeur limite en amabilité nous sommes partis après deux nuits Le personnel est adorable L hôtel devient vieux pas de restaurant ni room service Oui au revoir nous reviendrons en Bretagne voir nos enfants et cette superbe ville mais pas dans votre hôtel
