Excellent hospitality, food and property. Really appreciate the service at the restaurant provided by Revanth and team. Food was very spicy in general, however was tasting good. Good recreational activities for couples/family. The view was excellent from the hill facing room.

Super great staff! All of them buggy guy, restaurant staff Santosh, the Manipur girl, Meghalaya girl, chef Yuvraj. At reception Kasturi is a gem of a person. She would go out of the way to help us. Always smiling 🙂. Cleaning staff too were very good. The restroom near the restaurant needs more clean condition (the toilet area is quite wet). Also the lighting is dim there. Overall a great experience and would come again…great team!!👍

Fantastic stay and great people to take care! We had opted for a stay at Timber Chalet and the room was very good. The view from the outside of the room was great. We had a Pet and they had provided a small sleeping bed & a blanket. Excellent staff under the guidance of Mr Arun (General Manager). Special mention to Ms Kasthuri (she has started to follow up on our trip the previous day itself) and she was there during our check-in process as well. Pandey was very helpful during our check-out process. Other few names to mention - Ms Nathiya, Mr Santhosh, Mr Elango, Mr Balakrishnan & Mr Prabhu. And, by the way, the food overall was excellent! Thank you!

Good property for peaceful stay. Really liked the vibe bonfire and taste food. Staff are really friendly and there for you to assist. Apart from the hill views they have got waterfalls litterly next to restaurant. Cant really point out anything negative

Great stay and good food. Especially the staffs Mr Divyanathan & Mr Balakrishnan, they were super friendly and was always there to help us... Good place and good people... The breakfast spread was excellent.. Kasthuri, Nadhiya & Karthik - the front office team were excellent and provided good support... Great place and good people..

Awesome stay with MOM in KODAI.
We enjoyed the stay with our 86year old mother.The staff were very helpful and especially Prabhu,Abhijit and Syed.We enjoyed the adventure hike with Syed as he explained thr flora and fauna of the surroundings,

Great property and great room. Provided an upgraded room. But the trails are not accessible and available. Staff was poor… front staff tried to overcharge and did not offer an apology when the mistake was pointed out.
