前台服務素質不怎麼樣，多次住過該酒店，知道19號房沒有淋浴設施，就對前台接待説不要19號房，結果在沒有幾個人入住的情況下被安排在了樓道把頭房，把善惡本性發揮到了極致。
花傘鑲嵌在頂棚中，第一次見。衞生間排風不好。
