We had a fantastic stay at this premier inn. staff were lovely and the room was clean. we booked it as we wanted to a break away from the kids. Lake not too far from the hotel and food outlets near by. the only down side was you can't open the bedroom window

I usually ask my company to book it here as it's not too far. easy access from the motorway too. The reason I keep coming back to stay in this place is that the staff are both lovely at the reception and restaurant. They will always make you feel as a home and always go extra mile.

Appauling room, not fit for a family. Edges of the vanity mirror was chipped and sharp, springs sticking out of the futon bed, the bedding had holes in, and had been used and not changed- had a head mark on the pillow and marks on the sheets. The double bed had bowed massively in the middle so a restless night. Cleanliness of the room was very poor- fresh tooth paste all over the sink. The desk was about to collapse and shook horrendously. We have used Doncaster before but this time was shock g, with no maintenance and no cleanliness. We raised the issues with reception to then be told they couldn’t move us room as they was full, but offered a room clean in an “hour or so” But sadly not good enough when it was gone 8pm and with a baby to put to bed , we therefore was given fresh bedding to make it ourselves…. Extremely disappointing stay

Natalie was amazing and looked after us so well. Would recommend and would come back. She was really down to earth and easy to communicate with. She made extra attention to our children which made a difference. Will always come back again and hopefully get served by Natalie.

The room was directly above reception which had a door that kept banging. When I asked reception if this was normal they said they hadn't had any other complaints about it. In the morning reception asked if out stay was good and I explained about the banging door to which they raised their eyes obviously knowing this was a problem. Not a good night's sleep as promised.

I travelled from London and I hadn’t booked the room and the young lady on reception medira was extra helpful with advice on how comfortable our stay would be and very informative on what the area had to offer , I will be visiting this area again for work on the EE office block opposite and will definitely return

After a long journey up from Somerset, I was greeted by a very enthusiastic receptionist with a smile. The check in was swift and efficient, with all details to hand. The room was spacious with television and air conditioning all working, clean bathroom and bed. Just what was needed to get ready for work. Will definitely use again if I’m in the area.

Great stop again . Always stay in this one particularly because of easy access from the motorways and the place you need to go to .bedroom and bathroom was spotless and as always you have got the friendly staff . Restaurant staff is friendly and helpful
