住酒店從來沒有遇到過這麼垃圾的服務，由於我出去辦事耽誤了退房時間，前台打電話過來，噼裏啪啦一頓説，我説不好意思，我現在在外面辦事，馬上回來退房，超出的20多分鐘多少錢我一會回去給就行了，然後前台還不依不饒的跟要債人員，回來前台我問她叫什麼名字，工號多少，不敢説，我説那我把你拍下來了，酒店的培訓真的要提高，我們是來住酒店的，不是欠你們錢打個電話跟要債一樣噼裏啪啦一頓説，語氣何其差，搞的一點心情都沒有了，酒店沒毛病，但是這個前台態度真的太差太差了，一天心情都被影響了，語氣態度更是差，我不是給不起超出20分鐘的房費，一副勢利眼的模樣真不適合在前台工作，希望酒店後續能夠培訓好工作人員，不然酒店再好，服務人員態度差也是減分的
