I have stayed at Hengfeng several times... The service is good and they will pick up clothes for free! This time I didn't want to bother calling the front desk and they said the laundry room is on the 9th floor. So I went there by myself. I didn't expect that there was only one fully automatic washing machine in the laundry room of a hotel with more than 200 rooms! The sanitary conditions were so poor and dirty. I was also drunk looking at the washing machine... It was so disgusting to think that every time I came here, I had to let them wash the clothes and wear them!
