👍給我驚喜的酒店，本人是個細節控
1，下完訂單沒多久就有人聯繫我，再聯繫的過程中就已經解決了我橫店門票遇到的問題
2，到了後來接我們的人員也是很快速的並沒有等很久
3，不管是管家還是整個過程中遇到的工作人員都是非常熱情親切的，甚至到每個人都會提醒你遊玩注意事項
4..房間可能淡季親子房升級了，也提前告知房間可能出現的問題（房間太大空調沒辦法快速升温），如果介意可以更換
5，房間陽台就能看到廣州街，還有親子的洗手池用品等（這個價位來説的話，這點很棒）有些高價位酒店都不一定有，還是要看酒店開也時間
6，家人受傷，晚上才找的酒店要冰袋，本來告訴可能沒有但會給到食用冰塊，最後送來的是食用冰塊➕冰袋➕雲南白葯👍
整體超滿意的按這個價位來説，就是洗澡水好小（也是唯一的缺點）
最後非常感謝我的管家小小，以及服務過我的每位員工因為她們讓我有個很愉快假期體驗

房間和我們的管家小小都超好，房間很安靜 冬天屋裡開着空調就不會冷，管家還會準備泡腳桶，又貼心又温暖呢，不愛走路的朋友也可以出門讓小車來接 很不錯的酒店，在景區裏出門就可以拍拍逛逛

酒店房間在乾淨整潔的同時富有年代感，進出也都有專門的車輛接送，非常優秀;早餐味道也不錯，還有一些本地特色的食品;客服小小以及其他的工作人員服務熱情，響應迅速;景區內的工作人員也都很有職業素養，讓人舒心;景區內餐飲物價差不多是外面的兩倍，也可以接受。感覺唯一可以改進的是增加一下雙人行的套餐，兩大一小總感覺有點浪費

The hotel was inside guang Zhou xiang gang jie
It was a bit far from central but was a quiet place
You need to take didi for go outside there was no metro or bus station here

房間很大，特別感謝管家小小，服務周到，還免費升級四人房給我們，裝修很新，隨時給遊玩意見，還送飲料小吃，臨走還送暖寶寶禮物，很貼心，價格也公道，還免兩個成人票，物超所值，下次還會再來

非常值得推薦的酒店，接待我們的是管家小小，服務非常好，給我們介紹也非常詳細，而且還能點外賣送進來，住在景區內它有好幾個主題（開盲盒），我們入住的是南煙齋客棧人生若是初相遇，環境不錯，晚上還能在裏面一起體驗走進電影，參與其中，玩的不亦樂乎。
