If there were more than five stars available on the platform, I'd give them to this hotel. Choosing Chengyi was the smartest decision we made on this trip to Hengdian; it was a truly delightful surprise. The value for money is absolutely off the charts: a 200-something-yuan room with a living room, bathtub, and even a vanity table is just fantastic! Every evening, there's a great selection of late-night snacks, and they're delicious! I also have to commend Chengyi's service. Every staff member here is as genuine and dedicated as the hotel's name implies! You can really feel their thoughtfulness. Last night, my husband suddenly got a headache in the middle of the night, and the front desk immediately brought warm water and a steam eye mask – we were truly touched 🥹. If you're driving, it's actually very convenient to all the attractions. The furthest, Ming and Qing Palace Garden, is only a 15-minute drive, and the New Yuanmingyuan is just 3 minutes away. Overall, this experience gets a big thumbs up 👍!

This isn't my first time booking a Hampton by Hilton for a short getaway, and true to its reputation as an established hotel brand, the service is consistently excellent in every aspect. It's also very family-friendly. This time, we booked two rooms – one for an adult and a child. The kids' toiletries and slippers were all provided, and upon seeing we had a baby with us, they thoughtfully installed a baby safety rail. The breakfast was quite good too, with all the essentials, plus freshly cooked noodles and mini wontons. Besides plain congee, there's always a rotating selection of flavored porridges, and plenty of side dishes to choose from, which is fantastic. The service is incredibly thoughtful and attentive. Knowing we were heading to the film studio, they offered us bottled water to take along, and when they learned we were going to play in the water, they even gave water guns to the kids. All the staff are very kind, and you can truly feel their genuine care for guests.

The location is excellent, right across from Qin Palace. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, so there was some noise during the day. The cleanliness was just okay, and breakfast options were limited. Not many guests were staying, but for around 200 yuan for a chain hotel, it's good value for money. Although there were few staff members, they were diligent. When my child threw up in the middle of the night, someone came to clean it up right away after I called. You get what you pay for, and for a hotel near a scenic spot at this price, it's acceptable.

Pros: The price is affordable, the overall facilities are well-maintained, and the room size was accurately advertised. The front desk staff were quick to resolve issues and always greeted me with a smile. The location is excellent, very close to Qin Palace, Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, and Dream Valley. Daily amenities were replenished, and the cleaning staff were very friendly. Cons: The unused breakfast vouchers could not be refunded (unlike the hotel next door). The breakfast selection was limited and the taste was mediocre (I felt it didn't even compare to outside breakfast stalls). On the first day of my stay, the room had a strong dusty smell, I'm not sure if it hadn't been cleaned or aired out, or if it had been vacant for too long. Overall: I'm still quite satisfied, and it's a type of place I would consider staying at again. The attached photos were taken with a wide-angle lens.

My stay at the VIP Building in Hengdian World Studios was absolutely fantastic! The location is superb, within walking distance to popular attractions like Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden and Dream Valley, which made exploring incredibly convenient. The hotel service was thoughtful and attentive; check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the staff were enthusiastic and quick to respond to any requests. The room was clean and tidy, and the environment was quiet. Staying here saved a lot of time and effort during my trip. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hengdian!

This stay exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean, with no strange odors, and the bathroom had plenty of hot water. The front desk service was excellent, and check-in/check-out was very efficient. The surrounding area has convenient options for dining and transportation, and it's quiet, ensuring a good night's rest. The soundproofing was good, and the bed was just right – not too soft, not too hard – so I slept soundly. Overall, it offers great value for money and is suitable for both leisure and business travelers. Highly recommended.

I've always been satisfied with Atour Hotels, but this time I was a bit disappointed that the room cleaning service on the second day didn't replenish the water and tea. I reported it to the front desk, and they said they'd send some up, but I waited a long time and nothing happened. I had to call the front desk again to have a robot deliver the water first. Ultimately, no one sent the tea, so I couldn't make any. It's just a few tea bags, is it really that much trouble? Other than that, everything was fine. It's not far from the attractions and the pedestrian street, and it's convenient to take a taxi. I hope this doesn't happen again on my next stay at Atour; it seems like it was just this one time.

My stay at this hotel in Hengdian exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent; it's a short taxi ride to all the film studios and makeup hotels. Downstairs, there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores. The room was very clean, and the hot water supply was abundant. I slept soundly at night without any disturbances. The bedding was soft and comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly and even offered stools to borrow. This place is perfect whether you're here for tourism or stargazing. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Hengdian.

This Orange Crystal hotel, newly opened in 2025, definitely has top-notch decor and facilities. However, it seems to be an old building that's been renovated, so it doesn't hold up to close scrutiny. The reason for not giving a full 5 stars is the hygiene; I simply can't give it a perfect score. As soon as you get upstairs, there's a strange smell in the hallway. The cleanliness in the room could be improved, and the same goes for the restaurant… you could clearly see water stains, oil stains, and wipe marks on the placemats and tabletops. Let's talk about the 15% discount on tickets. It's a pretty good promotion, but only adult tickets were eligible for the discount, with no children's tickets available for purchase. If you wanted the 15% off, you had to buy adult tickets for everyone. Later, I realized that a 1-adult-1-child annual pass was the most cost-effective option, so people can choose based on their own situation. After comparing prices across various platforms, we found a coupon on Trip.com and ended up buying a package deal there. The bar area in the room deserves a special mention! You can enjoy making your own pour-over coffee, and the tea set also adds a nice touch. The amenities in a new hotel are indeed quite good. Suggestion: The air conditioning in the elevator and the hallway leading to the restaurant could be turned up; it felt a bit stuffy.
