客棧地點離萬綠湖鏡花緣門口很近，房間衞生，服務員幫忙購買萬綠湖遊船票，有優惠。陽台有個鞦韆椅，下午曬得到太陽，早餐是豬肉米粉加雞蛋，有豆漿。就是房間衞生間沒有乾濕分離，沖涼的位置反而在靠門處。另外入住當晚是平安夜，有些客户1點多才回來，走廊裏大聲説話，吵醒了。

來到萬綠湖遊玩很開心，離萬綠湖景點特別近，民宿寬敞，樓下的院子也好漂亮，很喜歡，有露營地，有吊牀鞦韆，很適合家庭出遊聚餐，工作人員服務態度也好，很開心的一次入住

酒店很大，依山而建，房間挺大，乾淨，進了景區，離碼頭很近，服務很好，落了東西在房裡，收了放前台，回去就取到了，好評。

房間在半山上，去萬綠湖走路很近，下午兩點多去萬綠湖到晚上8點多才回，在附近的綠源餐廳吃飯也比較方便，民宿的早餐是炒粉和粥，不夠豐富但是也很夠吃，比較貼民。總體還説去萬綠湖玩還是能滿足基本需求，迴歸平靜的感覺。

和姐妹們相約在河源遊玩，大眾點評找到的。2房一廳，
滿意的地方：
房間和客廳都不小。我們四個人住挺舒服
位置就在鏡花緣門口，走路開車都可以去
周邊很安靜、空氣也很不錯
略欠缺的地方：
客廳的椅子的海綿墊太軟、坐在上面就往下塌了下來
洗手間有點小。
早餐比較單一，只有湯米粉
⚠️⚠️⚠️不滿意的地方：是客房部的工作人員的態度
打電話讓拿一個紅酒開瓶器，他説沒有，再多問幾句，就直接掛機；於是打電話給了他前台，前台小姑娘説在前台櫃子上有，前台就讓他送上來了。
過了半小時有一朋友來訪，打電話客房部，讓他再送一個酒杯。他説他走不開，酒杯放前台，讓我們自己去拿。我説你什麼時候忙完再送來，沒講完又掛機了。
客房部的服務意識和處理問題能力都需要加強和監督

客户需要的東西自己不送。讓客户自己去前台拿。
