酒店環境很不錯，免費給我升級了行政套房。從陽台看出去湖景秀麗，每天早晨起來看到心情就很美麗。酒店配套很完備，酒店有湖邊草坪（不過衹週六日開放），有湯泉有ktv有中西餐廳，會議廳等等。酒店就在萬綠湖邊上不遠處，旁邊有一個九里湖森林公園，更遠一點有一個碼頭，碼頭附近很多餐館，味道應該都不錯，再遠有一個鏡花緣風景區。如果陽台有桌椅喝茶就更好了。

房間很大，比較舒適。酒店幫忙免費升級到湖景房，並安排人優先打掃了我的房間（我們是下午一點半到的）。湖景很美，晚上睡覺時非常安靜。
贈送雙人湯泉體驗券: 一共有十多個不同中葯葯效的湯泉，湯泉温度還分低中高，我們晚上快十點去的，人不多，體驗了三個不用的湯池感覺不錯。
有兩點美中不足：
1. 我們去河源的那兩天天氣有些冷，空調温度無法調整，一直都是14.5度。 我們把空調關了，誰知第二天一早最低温度只有3度，房間好冷。 後面退房的時候和前台反應了此問題，前台説酒店是可以提供暖爐的。
2. 房間居然沒有全身鏡（洗漱台是有半身鏡的）。
