It's so strange place) Good location, good room, but uncomfortable atmosphere. When we lifted up to our floor, strange girl is laying on the hall sofa. Hotel was almost empty, but the cleaning personal knocked to our door in the morning at 9 am, and told that we need going out from the room, although check-out at 11 am. At night, the porter turned off the lights in the hotel lobby and left, but the doors were open and anyone from the street could enter the hotel. It's not safe.

Great hotel. Very nice rooms and clean. In the middle of the city. Have been there a few times. The only drawback - no air conditioning and sometimes the other guests are too loud at night

After checking in, the door of the room was opened. The front desk explained that it was housekeeping. The bathroom was newly renovated and there was no bathtub. There was no air conditioning and poor sound insulation. There were a lot of natives staying here. When we checked in, there was a large group of natives who came here to have a birthday party... The most satisfactory thing was his mattress, which was very firm!!! Much more comfortable than other big hotels!!! The pillows were also quite hard, and it was very comfortable to stay overnight.

Nothing to complain about the hotel, but unfortunately I forgot my coat in the room and called the hotel the day after leaving.
Well, no one is reachable, I have called dozens of times and no one answers, also emailed the same number of times and no response.
