Il manquait seulement la clim et le petit frigo de la chambre faisait pas mal de bruit. À part ça très bien.

Excellent accueil de Caroline qui a su rapidement réagir pour nous donner une chambre plus accessible pour mon mari en situation de handicap. Accueil chaleureux, chambre propre , lit très confortable. Endroit calme , très peut de passages. Merci beaucoup à Caroline.

Das Hotel ist runtergekommen Das gepriesene Restaurant ist seit über einem Jahr geschlossen. Von der malerischen Terrasse ist nichts mehr übrig. Wir hatten dort 2 Zimmer gebucht und nur eins war fertig. Über 2 steile Treppen ohne Lift. Da das Putzteam nicht mehr da war konnte das 2. Zimmer nicht mehr fertig gemacht werden Alles eine sehr traurige Situation

Hotel difficile d'accès au centre douai. Que des rues en sens uniques. Deux étages ss ascenseur et escaliers très raides. Pour le prix élevés c'est tres moyen.

Super hôtel 4* en centre ville , mais … Le restaurant est fermé, la chaudière est en panne, chambre froide mais chauffée avec radiateur électrique… petit déjeuner en pièce froide… Grâce au dévouement de CAROLINE qui accueille, apporte ardeur, chaleur etc pour rendre le séjour plus agréable Dommage qu’un établissement de cette classe soit en telle désuétude
