Excellent service, perfect location, beautiful rooms! The hotel is newly renovated and the choice of colors and the furnishings is very appealing. It's also located right where you want to be. The staff is very professional and motivated. They really take customer care seriously.

Neu gestaltet, weiterhin erstklassig! Mehr kann man nicht sagen. Gefühlt waren wir schon 10 Mal hier. Nach der Renovierung nun zum ersten Mal. Es hat sich im Ablauf (zum Glück) nichts verändert…….. Begrüßung, Check in, Check out alles wie immer PERFEKT! Die neuen Farben kommen bei Instagram recht dominant zur Geltung, in Wirklichkeit sind sie dezent und sehr passend. Der Umbau der Zimmer hat alles nochmals aufgewertet, es ist rundum gelungen und gerne weitere Besuche wert zum genießen 😌 Gratulation an das gesamte Team in Dresden!

Chambres décorées avec goût et dotées d’une literie exceptionnelle! Tout était parfait! Le petit déjeuner correspondait à un vrai 5 étoiles: service à table et large choix. Les musées sont accessibles en quelques pas! Personnel serviable et méticuleux.

Wie immer war es ein tolles Erlebnis. Unsere Zimmer lagen wie bestellt nahe beieinander. Ob vom Zimmermädchen oder dem Kellner beim Frühstück... Alles bestens. Ein Aufenthalt wie aus dem Bilderbuch. Vom Empfang bis zum Check-out war alles stimmig.

Hotel is newly renovated, beautiful interior of the rooms. Pool and Spa are also great. Parking is possible for 25€/day. Breakfasts are also in very nice quality. Unfortunatelly during Xmas dinner in hotel restaurants were fully booked, cafeteria Amalia is not very good for lunch or anything else that coffe/tea (There is older gentleman-waiter, who is really rude).
