Hotel was clean and in great condition. Room was clean and in good condition! Bed was comfy. A/c was a little loud but did not bother me at all, not an issue. Overall stay was great!

It was a nice hotel, and the staff were very helpful,
The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel was clean. They have a great breakfast. They have an Indoor pool that is relaxing. I choose this hotel because it was a convenient location. I was surprised, the experience was Great, no hassles checking in or out.

Towels were small and thin. Tub was made so that you cannot stopper the tub for a bath.
Matress was very good and pillows were nice.
Traffic noise was significant so better windows and sound proofing was needed.

I had a great stay at the Sleep Inn during a recent wedding weekend in the Austin area. About 30 minutes from central Austin, the hotel is not the closest if you need to be in the city, but it's also not too far out and lots of restaurants, breweries, and venues are nearby. The hotel itself is clean and well maintained. I didn't love the pillows, but the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Where this hotel really shines is its customer service. The manager, Owen, was amazing, ensuring I had the best stay possible. When several guests missed the hotel's shuttle to the wedding venue, Owen, who was coming off of his shift, took personal time to drive the guests out to the venue himself. You won't find better customer service than that!
