Very well located easy to find.Reception was helpful though not over informative of facilities .Room was a village facing 2nd floor standard room facing over top of reception and car park.downside being woken at 0630 by staff and vehicles making deliveries.Room was very clean not dated though shower was over bath not ideal if you have mobility issues,tea and coffee provided though not replaced and bottled water provided on first day but not on following days.Nice bar with full range of drinks and pricing reasonable. Had dinner in the restaurant food well presented enjoyable at a far price. Breakfast was plentiful and very enjoyable ,big tip if your English and like your tea take your own teabags just saying!. Would we stay again definitely a beautiful location in an area of cyprus That many wouldn’t normally see and yet is still only 20 minutes from beautiful beaches.

We stayed fora couple of nights at the hotel, we were given an upgrade to a junior suite. The room was good and clean the in room facilities were as expected. The breakfast buffet was very good and had plenty of choice. We were lucky enough to eat outside and enjoyed the view. The team were very good an all areas and the reception team were informative and gave us some good ideas of local things to do. We would return again

Δώσαμε ένα σκασμό λεφτά και το εαρκοντισιον δεν μας άφησε να κοιμηθούμε καθόλου απίστευτα δυνατός θόρυβος! Τα φίλτρα του εαρκοντισιον ένα κιλό χώμα ! Τελευταία φορά που πάμε οικογενειακώς! Προ δεκαετίας ήταν καλό ! Never again !!!!τους στείλαμε και email και κανένας δεν απάντησε

Droushia Heights Hotel is a true gem in the village, offering a beautiful setting and comfortable accommodations. However, the reception staff falls short of expectations. Upon arrival, we were met with a lack of warmth and professionalism. The receptionist did not greet us with a smile or even a simple hello, making us feel unwelcome. When we asked for some information, we were made to feel uncomfortable. Kleoniki, in particular, could benefit from improving her attitude and approach to guests.

Destacan en la atención al detalle: varios días antes de la llegada escribi en relación a un par de solicitudes extras para nuestra estancia y las cumplieron con creces. Es un hotel muy tranquilo, con una piscina exterior espectacular. Muy buena opción si buscas relax (aunque para nuestra sorpresa habia bastantes niños) o si no te importa conducir, ya que esta un poquito aislado. El trato por parte del personal muy correcto. Cenamos los dos días allí y esta bien. Como punto de mejora, el desayuno se me hizo algo pesado y eso que solo estuvimos dos días, estaría bien algo más de variedad entre día y día.

Situado en un entorno único con unas vistas espectaculares, cerca de Paphos y de la costa norte de la isla. Las instalaciones son muy buenas destacando la piscina, la restaurscion de muy buena calidad, le incluiría mas variedad al desayuno. A destacar los detalles de todo su equipo para hacer una estancia inolvidable.

I recently stayed at Drushia Heights, and my experience was exceptional. The hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort ensuring a memorable stay. A standout aspect of my stay was the exemplary service provided by the staff. Kleoniki at the reception deserves special mention. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly welcoming and gave us a special attention. Very thankful for that. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

What a disappointment from the beginning of arriving. Booked this trip and paid extra for a suite which we did not get and when we queried it were told non available. The reception staff very clinical not welcoming, and on arrival informed only a la carte menu only in the restaurant that evening at the cost of €100. The room was a standard overlooking supposedly the village, but actually it was the car park. We were not given any information about breakfast times WiFi etc... We were so angry that we left the hotel within two hours of arriving. What was even more annoying reception called me at 11.50 the following day to ask us to check out at which point I told her of our dissatisfaction and she was supposed to call me back, but I am still waiting.

Overall a fantastic Hospitality Experience. The Hotel is very well run by the General Manager from check in to departure all departments offering an exceptional and courteous service. The Hotel is exceptionally clean and very well maintained throughout. A large variety at breakfast and the junior suite was great all in all a great stay. I could not fault the Hotel in any respect . I wish the Management every success in maintaining the set Hospitality standards achieved. Well Done! P.G
