I had a really good stay and the hotel staff was very courteous, I didn't get to use all the facilities so can't really judge that. the room was really spacious and provided with all the necessities I might require

The location of the hotel is just great. Only a five minutes walk of the mall from where you can go to the metro station. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Furniture is not that new, but it is ok. Breakfast is poor and tables are not clean at all. Here the hotel has still some work to do. Overall good hotel for the price you need to pay, breakfast could be better.

Comfortable service apartments, convenient location, next to one of the major malls, metro within walking distance. It would be desirable to freshen up the repair, but overall it's ok.

Ivory Grand Hotel Apartments located nearby shopping Mall Of the Emirates. Grand hotel with plenty amount of rooms. Unfortunately staff doesn’t have enough knowledge about the hotel facilities. Well coming from CIS and facing the Russian speaker staff from RUSSIA. If they don’t know the Steaming Room (Паровая комната). Все русские знают что такое Баня? The rest what happened it’s just no comments. Had conversation with General Manager, pointed that in this hotel there is no Learning & Development department cause they are 3 star hotel. For them not necessarily to teach or provide training for a hotel staff. So there is Life Safety and wellness of the room guests ??? Overall experience 4/10 Ambiance 4/10 Rooms are old 2/10 Jacuzzi 9/10 TV wasn’t working in living and Bedroom 0/10 Staff 4/10 Engagement 2/10

We experienced a terrible service with this hotel. The hotel manager Abhy and his assistant Abdul were very rude and unprofessional in every manner. We got some issue relating to one of my guest passport, but he never explained in a polite way why he cannot accept my visitor. Instead he sarcastically said we should cancer right away It was supposed to be a happy day for me because it was my 40th birthday but he ruined our mood and he said immediately to cancel us without giving us another option. he keeps on smiling and sarcastically answered. you can check the cctv for proof. It was on April 21, 2023 around 3pm.

Watch and read before you book your room here! I made an extremely bad experience here. The rooms are dirty, furniture old and probably never properly cleaned. When you open the drawer or wardrobe, you can smell the last century there. Even though I asked for non-smoking apartment, everything was smelling terrible after cigarette smoke- curtains, sofa, furniture.. actually, the whole hotel smells and they are trying to cover it with some strong perfume, from which you get sick after a while. The equipment is cheap, old and rusty, you don’t want to put food into the fridge or cooking utensils. Bathroom is disgusting with damaged and moldy bathtub, where you don’t want to step barefoot. But the most disgusting was finding some cockroaches…

Terrible hotel!! We stayed for 11 nights and nearby rooms are under repair.. full of dust at the hallways and my kids got cough and colds because of dust allergy. We requested for late checkout 2 hours extension and they did not allow us. Terrible service!!! Arrogant staff!!! Dont book in this hotel

we booked  1 night for our guest,  under my partner's name. We informed the reception before the check-in. But Unfortunately, the receptionist who checked our guest in forgot to scan her passport before giving the key. In the morning when I passed by the reception to request a late checkout, they couldn't find our guest's name, and they kept telling s a different guest.  It took time for him to give the key, and kept saying she is not the one staying in the room.! I explained to him over the phone that clearly it was their receptionist's fault as he didn't scan the passport. He speculated and concluded right away that my partner gave his id or passport that's why his name was  the one who checked in the system. Totally  lies   why  did  he  say that  when  he  knew that  nobody  scanned the passport   in DTCM  ( passport/ id  scanner) This front office manager as what he introduced himself but feels like not. Abhey didn't act as A manager instead of hearing and understanding his guest he argued with us. what kind of manager can't handle a situation like this?  Even though he knew there was an issue he stood and tried to prove he was right. Imagine letting somebody /check in without taking and scanning the passport/id. Abhey is the worst in customer service. He claimed he is a Manager but doesn't know what is the procedure or how to check in.
