Best place hotel to stay!

The hotel is in an ok location, although it's not new, it's okay compared to the general level. What I don't like is that FLC's swimming pool is quite deep and dangerous. I swam yesterday afternoon, lost momentum, and almost drowned. reached out to call for rescue, but the staff just stood there watching, ignoring the struggle. Luckily, they tried to struggle but managed to cling to the shore. I don't know if they have been trained to rescue customers when they need help when drowning, or if they let them. He must have stopped breathing to save him... the hotel manager needs to remind the rescue team's working attitude

FLC Group's resort hotels have good facilities As far as you can see, you can see the group's private beach, which has beautiful scenery and a large pool for use. But on the day of check-in, there was no hot water in the bathroom at first. I asked the counter and someone came to deal with it. They explained that there were very few tourists in this season. Because the pipeline was very long, the water needed to be continuously drained to get hot water. The water was drained continuously for more than 30 minutes. The hot water is really coming. Still a little outrageous.

We had a wonderful stay at FLC Ss. Quality service and good service. The minus point is that the changing room in the swimming pool area is dirty and smelly.

There are no customers, so none of the facilities are open. There is no supermarket. I don't think this is a place to go in winter.

The hotel is by the sea, quite big. The surrounding environment and room decoration of the hotel are average, but it feels very comfortable. Overall, it is good. The downside is the front desk service.

We have the 02 nights at the Grand building at the end of May 2022, located at a nice corner, offering stunning views of the sea, the pool, and neighbors from the rooms. While its recommendations for spectacular views, the hotel needs to improve to meet its rating standard. Rooms: Not very delicately designed, not thoroughly soundproof, we even hear the chatting of the adjacent rooms, and the kids make noise in the corridor early in the morning. Room cleaning: Stained fingerprint smudges mark on the door frame needs to swipe off daily, not expecting to be shined but cleaned. Toilet and bathroom: Bottled water also toiletries did not provide and re-filled every day, only one time during my 02-night stay. The glass shower door seems installed incorrectly, the floor is not well-drained, and water is trapped hours after having my shower. Still, mold spots on bathroom walls did not clean up. Surprisingly with the welcome screen but not my name or my partner. Staff: The staff are friendly but train them about telephone etiquette, don't hang up without putting on hold before guests do if you are propositioning luxury standards.

I am very satisfied staying at FLC Sam Son. Clean room, sea view, salt water swimming pool in front. My kids had a lot of fun playing here! Special thanks to Mr. Hop - Customer Service of the Hotel who was very enthusiastic in helping me find the things I had forgotten! I will definitely come back! 🥰🥰🥰

The hotel is okay. Convenient for business travelers to travel. The room is beautiful and new, very satisfied with it. Service is okay for my needs. The staff is good, polite and well behaved. If there is a chance, I will still come back here.
