I gave the lowest rating because the hotel was not in a good location. It was right in the middle of a busy highway with lots of traffic, and there was construction all around the hotel, filled with building materials and equipment. The hotel pool was under repair. The check-in process was slow, and many amenities were missing in the room, so we had to request them again. .I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

They did not provide sufficient drinking water for a day. Also. their towels need to be newer, i.e. fresher. They don't provide electric sockets for international chargers. The pool was under maintenance and no compensation has been provided for that.

Love the places excellent! Will recommend again and again. Jakaria is very kind!

Poor room service, below average cleaning services , average breakfast, no swimming pool

It’s very outdated and in need of repairs. They will change your room if needed but please know that the change may not be much better. Though the mall was a close by it is not walkable (by no fault of the hotel but I still wanted to note this). Breakfast was pretty subpar both days and I could have actually done without.

Good location, beautiful view, about 1km away from Dubai mall and there is a great restaurant Kana cafe nearby. International breakfast, lots of good choices (but it was quite crowded there in the morning, especially past 9am). Friendly stuff and nice swimming pool area. We stayed there for 8 days, had a little issue with room service though, as we only got a change of towels a few times but our room or bathroom were not cleaned or mopped throughout that period at all.

It was a good stay. They dont offer smoking room but it was not written in the trip website.

Disappointing Definitely not a 4star hotel. Not worth it the money we payed for it. I also lost my bag and the manager did nothing about it.

Generally, the hotel service is good. It will be fantastic if the breakfast menus can changed everyday especially for guests who are staying more than 2 nights.

Convenient check in, the room was clean and tidy, good suggestions from the staff with regards to traveling in the city. Overall recommendable.

It was super busy the weekend I stayed here, there was a tech conference on. Bit of a hiccup- they gave me a room that was already occupied, which could have been extremely awkward! However they sorted it quickly and my stay was otherwise very comfortable.

Good location but very loud at night and rooms aren't soundproof so hard to sleep at night
