Best place to be.

They didn't cancel or change the date even when I had a problem and couldn't go there. Don't trust them.

Close to free trade zone

At the time of checking in team insisted on paying additional charges for print out. These prints outs were not required. They made me wait for 2 and half hours before i could check in, from 3 till 5:30! there was no hotel manager to resolve the issues. Only front desk team, which was rude and would yell. No electric kettle inside the room. The team was very badly behaved.

Its location in Jebel Ali is convenient for business travelers, with easy access to the industrial zone and main highways. Ideal for short stays and business trips.

Location was exactly where i wanted, good food and well behaving staffs. Food room delivery was fast and value for money

Don’t book with make my trip they are horrible at customer service. They never provide any updates on booking, they lie on the timeline

First and last. I will recommend never stay there anyone. Room was so small, washroom is so old, nothing view outside

There should be option for tea coffee in room, not even kettle in the room. Hardly any channels in the tv.

Very good experience, treated well, maintained well, good atmosphere, staff services are good, good location.
