Hotel is a bit old , and there is outdated furniture and others, I complained there is a lots of small flies/ bugs in the room. Room smell not fresh.

The room was amazing. Front desk service not so much.. Huge room with a comfy bed, amazing views and the best bathroom I've ever seen. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Facilities: The environment is very good. The hotel upgraded me to a suite for free. Thank you very much🙏 Hygiene: Very good hygiene, clean and tidy Environment: The breakfast is delicious. I will come again next time Service: I contacted the manager via WhatsApp, but the response was slow. Everything else is OK. By the way, when I checked in, they collected a deposit of 600 dirhams. It has been two weeks now, and they have not returned it to me. They did not tell me when they would return it when they contacted me via WhatsApp. When I checked out, they said they would return it within 7 days a week.
