We are pleased to know that you enjoyed your overall stay.We would, however, like to clarify the circumstances regarding your reservation. During your stay, you requested to check out earlier than your scheduled departure date, and as per your request, the check-out process was completed, including the standard room inspection. At that time, you also requested that we keep your luggage until the end of your reservation period. As a gesture of goodwill, we accommodated this request and stored your luggage in our luggage room.As your reservation had already been checked out at your request, the room was no longer available for use. We also did not receive a request to keep the reservation and room active until your original departure date. While your reservation was non-refundable, an early check-out requested by the guest does not keep the room accessible after the check-out has been processed.Regarding luggage storage beyond the reservation period, our hotel policy allows extended luggage storage only for guests with a future confirmed paid reservation. As there was no subsequent booking in place, we were unfortunately unable to accommodate storage beyond the agreed period.We regret any disappointment this situation may have caused and appreciate your understanding that our team acted in accordance with the request made and our hotel policies.
