I recently stayed at Signature 1 Hotel Barsha Heights in Dubai and had an excellent experience. The hotel boasts modern, clean, and comfortable rooms with all the necessary amenities. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. Its convenient location near the metro makes it easy to explore Dubai's attractions. The on-site dining options were delightful, and the rooftop pool offered a great place to relax with stunning views of the city. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

I like the hotel, good area. Mosque 2 minutes walking, and Metro 10 minut walk from the hotel

the service was quite slow and even the reception was short-staffed, maybe since they took ages to check in and even checkout but the facility is amazing and no complains

You know that was not bad, location is convenient for business travelers get to the airport and some places you have to be, anyway I highly recommend it personally.

Although I booked a deluxe room, I received a very dirty carpet. all the furniture was already tired. There was no coffee machine in the room, although it was advertised. the bathroom is clean.

+ friendly staff + windows did not face the road, the room was quiet + close to the subway - We were put in a room with one bed for smokers, although I had booked a room with two beds in a non-smoking room, at check-in they did not warn us that we would be put in such a room and did not offer any other options, I had to go down and find out why we were put in such a room; the floor where the room was located also smelled of smoke - The next day we were moved to the room as I had booked, but the refrigerator did not freeze there, we contacted the reception - no result. - A piece of clothing was missing from the room where we slept the first night, we searched everything and even contacted the reception - it was not found. - The hotel has an option to order additional amenities in the room, in the evening we ordered a toothbrush, but it was never brought. - Monotonous breakfasts - Once there was a couple smoking at breakfast (indoors) and they were not kicked out - Smoking is allowed on the roof where the pool is located - On the hotel website stated free shuttle to the beach - at the reception said that there is no shuttle to the beach, only to the shopping centers We stayed at the hotel for a week. If you're a smoker or not bothered by the smell, probably you'll be fine.

Stayed here for almost a month! Couldn’t get a refund. If so, I would’ve been out a lot sooner. Better hotels in the area Room circulation is very terrible smell like mouldy rooms. Carpet is very old and dirty! Rooms have bad odours! Asked to change rooms, reception staff said they will accommodate which NEVER HAPPENED. Went back 4days later to see if they have any update, to ONLY tell me that the hotel is fully booked and showed me the worst rooms available. Claimed to have a meeting room to only find out it’s for staff ONLY! Misrepresentation.

Very cool and very good location close to all areas you need to visit

I stayed for 2 weeks and the location was convenient for me. The hotel is very good. Rooms are very clean, have all basic amenities. I had breakfasts included- the food was very good. I used the pool and gym too. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I can recommend this hotel 100%.
