It was my second stay at the hotel. The room was clean and well appointed with every essential amenities. The reception staff offered great services, especially Ms Raizel, Ms Trisha, Mr Sahib, Mr Iqbal who went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. It is not located in the city but can be accessible to the attractions by taxi easily. The taxi fare in Dubai is economically. I shall definitely stay here again.

We had a one bedroom suite with a kitchen with sea view. It was very well equipped, with dishwasher and washing machine. Very comfortable bed. Very clean on arrival and cleaned every day with fresh towels etc. The hotel has excellent facilities - large restaurant area, gym and swimming pool. Breakfast choice was superb. It is very well located - short walking distance to the Tram (Palm Jumeirah station) and the monorail to the Palm. Most notably are the hotel staff who were always welcoming, polite and helpful -especially Main at the hotel reception who was very helpful when we needed a doctor

a fly in the ointment: 1) For the PCR test arranged by the hotel, a family of five inspected twice and found that there was a huge difference in charges. Only then did they realize that two different units were arranged, one of which overcharged us, the hotel followed up and handled it carefully, and the cash refund was smooth the next day. 2) After successfully staying for 3 nights, the first renewal stay was successfully coordinated by Ctrip. For the second renewal, the hotel did not give the negotiated price due to the peak season. Ctrip had communicated many times, even if the PCR test arranged by them was raised with the hotel. The hotel should take responsibility for fraudulent acts of institutions and renew the stay at the original price. The hotel did not care about the guest’s feelings after 4 hours. I checked out decisively and went to another hotel to book a luxury suite several times cheaper. The children said it was much better than only. The on-duty manager repeatedly said that I would help arrange better next time, and I replied frankly: I can’t handle it this time, what can I expect next time? 3) There will be no deadline

Careful City Hotel with engaged staff and very nice reception. Unfortunately, only menu choice in the evening. Breakfast is not suitable for every gaube due to lack of high-quality whole cereal products in the form of bread. The wrist selection was like the cheese selection at the buffet. The freshly prepared omelets were very good. The room in our hotel was spacious but unfortunately there are only pepper head kits and pepper beds in the hotel. For allergics like me, that was unfortunately nothing. Very good was the connection to the metro behind the hotel. Very cheap prices. The pool on the roof is small but fine and was not very visited. Handtuchs free. Taxi driving costs converted for about 15 - 20 kilometres short 8 Euro. In contrast, a cappucino in the hotel costs about 8 Euro.

The hotel said on the Ctrip reservation page that it was a hotel renovated in 2019, but after moving in, it was found that the furniture was outdated and the equipment was obviously old, and it was impossible to be a newly renovated hotel. The hot water system of the hotel is also problematic. The bath water is very cold and cannot be adjusted.

A hotel with high cost performance. It is very close to the subway and it is convenient to go to any scenic spot. Also, the subway in Dubai is very user-friendly for women and children. There are two special carriages for women and children, and men are crowded outside the other carriages. You can't go to this compartment either, it's just the business compartment of the subway (the fare is the same). Great value economic hotel, very spacious, busy elevators like any vertical lodging. Also had an issue with the fire alarm staff should be trained to be more polite. The iron triggered the alarm, the staff showed up looking for penalty tribue, they were so fixated on the idea that I was smoking despite being a non-smoker, it was very dismissive and outright rude, I actually had a hard time thumbing them put of my suite! Still the place is good, as long as the staff learn that extracting penalty fees from guests shouldn't become the priority, once they are educated, they were not be desperate to invade rooms and pretend to be professional investigators They front desk did apologize for the poor training and promised it will never ever happen again. So based on that I must leave a 5/5 review as the hotel was nice when that incident is isolated.

A good hotel in a strategic area near the Dubai City metro about 15 minutes by taxi from Dubai marina and Jumeirah beach. The hotel has three good restaurants, two of which are open air. Excellent concierge service, the guys are active and solve any problem. Free shuttle service to a partner beach at a cost of €25 deductible on food and beverages. Breakfast good and plentiful rooms with balcony overlooking Dubai marina excellent. The only drawback of this hotel is the proximity to a mosque therefore wake up every morning at 4 because of the adhān from the mosque's minaret, in order to call Muslims to the obligatory prayers. The pool is very small and by 8 it's already full.
