It’s a 8-10 mins walk to Dubai mall (diagonally across, but includes a few road crossing), but quite a far walk to the train station (via Dubai Mall).

Hotel is nice and clean. Room was nice and tidy. Location is a bit remote especially if you're not driving or using taxis but that's a personal opinion based on personal needs. Staff's good, i personally had a good experience but i gave an average score as i think they can do a better job being a bit more welcoming when someone walks to the hotel reception and criticising customers in front of other customers even if they are unreasonable and not polite (as the one i've encountered). Just etiquette of a client facing role.

I just would like to thank that hotel for their trustworthy staff that I have left my Rolex watch for about two weeks and forgot about it then i called and GUESS WHAT? They had it safe for me so i asked my friend to grab it for me! Thanks a lot.. but just a little minus points for the waiting to check in and taking too long to get my luggage upstairs

All the staff at SLS Business Bay were so accommodating and attentive. The property is so clean and modern; very picturesque. We enjoyed Privilege pool, S Bar and Fi’lia. Thank you to GM Flavin for making sure our balcony view from the room was city view perfect. The bed is extra comfortable and the big bathtub is a special addition and was definitely utilized. Thank you to Adam who was so helpful during check in. Adam’s smile was so inviting. He’s just the man for the job at front desk check in. Keep him around. Special Thank you to Laura who was communicating with me for 2 months on room decoration for a special birthday surprise. So many other staff members that were exceptional. Thanks to Emmanuel for always keeping the guests safe and greeting us every morning and evening. We had an amazing time and will definitely recommend to our friends.

The hotel room was pretty nice and quite comfortable and spacious. However, on two occasions my friend and I spotted cockroaches in the hotel. Once at the breakfast area and once in our room. This easily altered our perspective of the hotel especially because it is a Hilton hotel. The manager of the hotel apologized, but said that they’ve never had such a complaint before. We both found it hard to believe that considering we spotted the roaches in two different areas of the hotel. The pictures attached are from a video clip taken of the roach we saw in the room. Makes me wonder where else there are roaches and how many there are in the hotel.

My partner and I always stay in this hotel. There's only one thing we don't like, the service in the reception is too slow. The rest is good, better than everywhere else.

Hotel reception was very welcoming for a midnight (ish) arrival. Apartments are substantial in size with good facilities. The problem is that they allow smoking, even on non-smoking floors, so cigarette smells permeate the apartments and no amount of 'refreshing' spray can eliminate the odour. We had a problem on our last morning where the entire water supply for the apartment cut out mid-shower and wasn't restored for over an hour. The staff organised a free cake for us to celebrate a birthday while staying at the hotel. The promised chocolate hour timings were mis-communicated to us, which was disappointing for our children. Breakfast was a pretty good range with a few multi-cultural options. The on-demand omelette service always had a long line and the restaurant area didn't have enough tables during peak times to accommodate us. Valet parking was available for hotel guests but because the apartments are in a building 100 or so metres away, it was not practical to use for our stay. Overall a pleasant stay but still quite a few service issues for the hotel to improve.

First at all I would like to say thanks for you because generaly the value of cost was very good, for the hotel hospitality was great and dealing with the workers others as well. But really I would to high light a very important matter had been happened to me since was the checking out day should receive my items from Amazon UAE but unfortunately I couldn't due to misunderstanding was being done between the reception and the delivery man.

We Stayed for 5 nights at th Fairmont Dubai and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From check in to check out with the lovely girl her name's, (Ms .Gharam)she was polite and extremely helpful. My husband and I stayed in a nice view room which had plenty of space for the two of us. The room was very clean and comfortable. We wanted a few days of rest and we enjoyed our time by the pool during the day. The staff at the poolside bar and restaurant were lovely and looked after us all day. A big thank you for all the staff and special thanks to Ms Gharam at front desk for her excellent service. Our favourite restaurant in the evening was greac, sushi. Food was really tasty and Also thank you to the man who was in charge of Shisha. The grape and mint was an amazing combination. We will definitely return to the Fairmont Dubai
