The hotel has unparalleled sea views, the room is large, and the sofa in the living room can also be used as a bed. If three people are traveling, it will be no problem. It only takes about 20 minutes to walk to the old town, which is very suitable for a family vacation.
The hotel staff are very friendly and they took the initiative to help us carry our luggage up the steps.
The breakfast is very good, right on the edge of the cliff. You can order fruit, yogurt, main dishes and other random dishes. They are all local specialties and full of ritual.

The villa is located 15 minutes away from the Old City. The location shall not stop you from living in this fantastic villa with great sea view and wonderful services from the team there! Highly recommended!

This Villa was one of the best we have ever stayed in. The location, staff, food, room, bed,shower was exceptional Perfect romantic place to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary Thank you to all the who made our stay very comfortable & welcoming 🥰

We loved our stay here - absolutely stunning location and great rooms with private balconies - great pool area and loungers - breakfast was included and was to die for - we also paid fore evening meals which did not disappoint- all the staff were very friendly and attentive - would love to go back

Beautiful location. Staff was so accommodating and friendly. Beach was close but be aware there are several stairs. Breakfast was delicious.

Its a perfect place to stay nice views, all the staff its incredible. near the beach (a lot of stairs to get there, and the hotel doesnt have facilities there).The only problem is that in the pool area only have a few spots with shade so, only a few guests are comfortable.

This is a very lovely hotel walking distance from Dubrovnik. It has a wonderful view out to sea and a beautiful beach nearby. The service was excellent and the bedroom comfortable. We stayed here for two nights at the end of our Croatian summer holiday and it was perfect.
