This hotel is not up to date renovation wise. We had two hotel telephones provided for our room and they both did not work. When we need more towel, wash cloths and blankets or anything from the front desk we had to use our OWN phones or go down to the front desk. We called for the items stated previously and a WHOLE DAY went by before getting them but we had to walk to the front desk in order to get those items them. Why do guests have to come hunt down front desk agents in order to get something???!!!!! Then when we told them they just walked off and not tell us to follow them or that they will be right back. The worker goes into a close room and comes back out with the items and hands them to us! So we had to make our OWN BEDS! I never in my life had to make my own bed at a hotel, this experience was completely unprofessional!!!!!!! They had two elevators but only ONE was working and the one moved SO SLOW! Sometimes we would take the stairs (we were on the 4th floor) just because it took forever. The beds were worn in and uncomfortable, we woke up with back aches. The staff was unwelcoming and mute! We could tell that the staff did not want to be present and we saw them constantly lounging around and on their phones as if they were paying guests! I am currently waiting on corporate to get back to me. I don’t think I will ever go to a Sonesta select again!
