First, I was given a small room that was different from the one I reserved.
I contacted Trip.com and had the room changed, but it was quite inconvenient for me, and they didn't even apologize for it, which was bad.
Also, the top photo of this hotel is a church that is not close by and has no relation to the hotel, so if you go by the photo, you will be taken to a completely different place. The second photo is the hotel's photo at this point.
There is no elevator. It was a room on the third floor, but I had to climb it with my luggage.
There was no bottled water in the room, and there was a shared water server in the hallway, but when I tried to drink it, there was a piece of light blue plastic in it, so I gave up.
The luggage storage was not at the front desk, but in the lobby, you could leave it there.
I thought the first photo made me think it was a nice hotel, and I thought it would be nice to stay somewhere luxurious even if it was far from the center, but as you can see from the second photo, it was not nice at all for the price, probably because there was no discount. Considering the service and location, I definitely don't want to use it again.
