Beautiful clean room, happy hour 5:30-8 with 2 drinks (beer or wine), and finger food. In the morning they had a wonderful breakfast with a complete breakfast of eggs, sausage, toast, cereal, juice, yogurt, muffins, and waffles! Dogs allowed.

Check in sometimes is a little rough, as they don't seem to always get the keys carded to the door correctly and you get to go back down. Not just one day but 3 days in a row. After a while they try to blame you the customer, when all you do is hold the card all the way to the room and it still does not work. Otherwise, beds are nice, breakfast is good. Just check in can be tough.

The Manager Jim and Anja the Regional Manager were a joy to work with and we will be staying there anytime our company is in Cactus Texas for sure. Zero complaints and excellent service!

The main complaint I guess was the AC didn’t work great and the room was warm at night and it was loud! The second complaint they stopped breakfast nearly 40 min early on Sunday. There was a room full of guests waiting to eat and they didkt care.

Hotel was good! Stay was fairly nice but the person at the service desk was horrible. We called down the night before and asked about breakfast and was told ends at 9:30. We got down at 9:02 and there was nothing warm left, only bagels and toast and yogurt. I went to the desk to confirm. He said I think 9. I stated that we had been told 9:30 and he said that they were problem training a new person. I laughed and said oh thats the problem and he said so is your attitude. All while playing video games instead of really helping anyone.

Now a filthy hotel with no bar soap, no body wash, hairs in bedding, soiled mattresses, noisy ac units, broken luggage carts, front desk staff afraid to call manager named Jim, uncaring owner, pathetic to non existent breakfast, dirty carpets, bathtub scummy, non working phone in room, and on and on. Avoid it if you have other options. We have stayed here many times during the past 4 years and each time it is worse.
