Super Personal, sauberes Zimmer
Kleines aber feines Zimmer mit allem was man so braucht, super freundliches Personal, wenn gewünscht jeden Tag Zimmerreinigung und Bettenreinigung möglich, sauberes Zimmer und Hotel; eigentlich werden nur Handtücher auf dem Boden getauscht, war bei mir doch auch mal anders, aber war okay, alles sauber und Zimmer wird nur gereinigt, wenn auch gewünscht; kann durch Schild an der Tür verneint werden; super freundliches Personal, grüßt immer und man kann jederzeit mit Wünschen und Fragen kommen, die bestmöglich beantwortet/umgesetzt werden; bin sehr zufrieden, würde wieder hingehen

Gute Lage zu Messe und Altstadt,
Ein kleines Haus mit aufmerksamen Mitarbeitern, sauber und für unseren Anspruch passend. Leider kein Lift, aber zu bewältigen.

Kleines, Hotel in Altbau. Daher entsprechende Abstriche klar. Ziemlich hellhörig, konnte dem Nachbar beim schnarchen zuhören. Kein Lift z.B. Zimmer klein, zur Straße etwas laut, Inventar in die Jahre gekommen, vor allem das Bad. Evtl mal ne kleine Verbesserung in Betracht ziehen. Duschkabine total verkalkt. Betten super bequem - sehr gut geschlafen. Personal super nett. Self check- in hat gut geklappt. Hatten Hotel wegen Nähe zur Messe genommen. 12 min zur Stadthalle. Bus alle 20 min direkt vor der Türe und auch Tram in die City alle 10 min. Musste allerdings 130€/nacht - fand ich Zuviel, aber hängt auch an Nachfrage, wenn mehrere Veranstaltungen an der Messe… sonst würden die Preise niemals gehen. Frühstück für 10€ voll ok. Kann man gut hin wenn man bei Zimmer etwas Abstriche akzeptiert. Preis- dafür naja

We saw this hotel at booking while we were home, but we didn’t want to rush and wanted to see it before booking because the location was wery important to us. We went there and i don’t remember that anyone else was so rude anywhere in the world like this time. The guy that opened the door ( because they don’t have 24/7 open desk) was very very rude, because we came twice. As i say the location was very important and the price normally too. The first time they offer smaller ammount than booking, but the second time more 100 euro, so i asked if i can make reservation from booking because it is cheaper?! I do this all the time and did not have a problem at all. While he was talking on the phone, he STARTED OFENDING us to the other person at other language (that we understood well) so we leave and find another hotel better and cheaper. I work with customers too and i never disrespect anyone because i love my job and working with people, and when they come they know that they came at right place.

Carino, pulito ,accogliente. Camere davvero ampie. Ottimo per viaggi di piacere. Una gustosa e variegata colazione. Unica pacca il parcheggio, si parcheggia in strada dove si trova posto. Molto vicino alla fiera raggiungibile comodamente. Merita una visita

J'avais réservé sur agoda J'ai eu la surprise de devoir payer 100 euros de plus a mon arrivée pour deux jours pas cool sinon le personnel est gentille petit hotel propre mais pas de distributeur de boisson ou nourriture a l interieur par contre a cote de l hotel deux snacks proche du magasin aldi ou pharmacie
