The apartment is a bit old thus the layout looks like it. The bed isn't the most comfortable but will do. Toilet is big but not the most clean. There's a washing machine in the toilet, no dryer. The fridge is new so I'm thankful for that. Oven works well too. The only thing is carpark costs aud20/day which is expensive considering other apartment close by don't cost at all. There is a red cat close by that u can take to the city. This place is kiv for me when I'm in perth again.

This room was large and the kitchen was well equipped
A bit dated but did the job
The location got a bit iffy at night but in the day was okay and not far to the river

I travel with friend and we stay here at level 5. The house was spacious and comfortable. However when i use the stove for cooking, its slowly heat the pan that make me frust just to boil an egg for my breakfast.
But other than that, all is well.
Oh ya
You can catch up red cat bus which is free if you want to go to perth cbd. The bus stop right in front of the apartment.

The state of the bathroom cabinets was totally discusting,carpet smells bad as soon as you got out the lift never again
