The most exhilarating, zen moment place to live/stay. The staff and the manager are so much helpful and above all treat you like own family. The dishes that get cooked are out of place as they pick ingredients from their own property garden. The whole place is on a steep hill so get your trekking shoes. I came for 1 night and ended up staying for a week. I shall repeat a million times again as there is so much to explore just in this property....

Excellent warm hospitality and serenic beauty ...... It felt like a home away from home....... The mesmerizing view of gangtok at night and amazing view of Himalayan ranges at day from the balcony....Thanku for a wonderful experience...worth every penny.....

The Bamboo Resort is one of the best places to stay in Sikkim. It’s far from the maddening crowds, so serene and peaceful. Sunita and all the staff at the resort are extremely friendly and accommodating. I would call this beautiful resort, “ God’s Country.”

It was very memorable journey with my wife and Some friend's very clean environment with amazing dinning room and hospitable staff clean rooms beautiful panoramic view of Gangtok love to like to try pizza front pizza oven on my second visit hopefully

I and my fellow group of Australian ladies had the most delicious lunch made from ingredients harvested from the garden of the Bamboo Retreat Hotel. It was so tasty and fresh you could tell that the vegetables had only been recently harvested today as they still had the most amazing taste and freshness.

Bamboo Retreat is a perfect hotel for the peace & nature lovers. Located away from the Gangtok city, it's serene & quaint ambience is the one which fascinated me besides the big room and delicious meals. The staffs are well trained and their services are awesome, always ready to assist you with a big smile. Would definitely like to visit again.

Excellent food and service. Very close to Rumtek monastery. Bhavna is very hospitable. She suggested some delicious local delicacies. True farm to table concept restaurant. Lovely view too. A must try.
