Cok guzel agirlandik, tum calisanlar cok guleryuzlu ve yardimci. Sizi rahat ettirmek icin ne gerekiyorsa yapiyorlar. Doga cok guzel, odalar genis, konforlu, detaylara ozen gosterilmis. Kahvalti cok cesitli ve doyurucu. Biz cok memnun kaldik, rahat ettik, lezzetli yemekler yedik, doganin keyfini cikardik. Gonulden tavsiye ederiz..

İşlerini özenle ve güleryüzle yapan bir ekip ile toplantı sebebiyle gittiğimiz otelden keyifle ayrıldık.Şarapçılık işinde emin ve güvenli adımlarla ve bu işi çok severek ve önemseyerek ilerliyorlar.Kendi mandıralarından ve bahçelerinden elde edilen ürünlerle harika bir kahvaltısı var.

2024 Ekim ayında son bağ bozumu hafta sonu için 2 gece Caeli Hotel’de konakladık. Üzüm bağlarının arasında dolaşmak ve ellerimizle salkımları toplamak, tarif edilemez bir deneyimdi. Bu süreçte bizi üzüm bağları hakkında bilgilendiren Vinero Şarapçılık’a içten teşekkürlerimizi sunarız. Rezervasyon bölümünde Aleyna Hanım son derece yardımsever, güler yüzlü ve profesyonel bir hizmet sunuyordu. Sanat turu ve şaraphane gezisi sırasında yaptığı keyifli anlatımları unutmayacağız. Restoran bölümünde ise Merve Hanım, sipariş ettiğimiz yemekleri tek tek tanıtarak hem otelin bahçesinden gelen taze ürünleri hem de yemeklerle uyumlu şarapları tatmamıza yardımcı oldu. Ayrıca, kokteyller de oldukça lezzetliydi. Otelin şaraphane bölümünde, Let’s Keep Talking Art ile gerçekleştirilen buluşmada Semra Fırat’ın üzüm ve şarabın sanattaki yansımaları üzerine yaptığı art talk hem bilgilendirici hem de eğlenceliydi. Kendisine de teşekkür ederiz. Caeli, sadece şarap tutkunlarının değil, kaliteli yemeklerden hoşlanan ve sanatla iç içe huzuru arayanların da tercih edeceği bir mekan. Sadelikle harmanlanmış göz alıcı sunumları ve odalarının estetik mimarisi, konforla buluşuyor; biz bunu çok sevdik. Bir sonraki tatilimizde (özellikle bağ bozumu zamanı!) yeniden buluşmayı umuyoruz. We had a very pleasant time during our stay in Caeli. The rooms are well decorated, comfortable and spacious. The art collection scattered inside the hotel as well as in the gardens are beautiful. The service is great and the staff is very friendly. The hotel restaurant offers high quality food; dinner and breakfast were really good. The winery is an art by itself. Thanks to Mr.Eren for his detailed explanation during the art and winery tour. We also want to thank Ms.Nesrin for the wine tasting, explaining us the wines in her fluent English. A few things that should be seriously considered and thereafter improved: As a wine lover we couldn’t taste the premium wine Porta Caeli Caeli. It should be included in the wine tasting considering that people coming to stay here are especially interested in wine. The sale prices of the wines in the estate should be lower than in the market in order to promote the wines. It is very disappointing to buy the same wines elsewhere 25% cheaper than the estate prices. Nevertheless, we had a very good time during our stay.

We spent the last 3 days at Hotel Caeli and Winery as one of the very few guests in their off season. This active farm, vineyard and wine production company also sits on acres of forest land and is literally the only thing within 20 KM so we had the unique feeling of being completely isolated in nature. Flowers were in bloom all around us so the air was fragrant. We drank organic wine, ate farm to table food, played in the hydro- spa and wandered in the woods, discovered the secret gardens of the Alice and Wonderland themed resort and played with the goats and dogs. It was very much paradise and I was very sad to leave. The beauty and small-detailed luxury will stay with me for a long time to come. This stay was perfect.
