I booked two rooms. One was within my expectations for Days Inn. The other room had a non working toilet ... it wouldn't flush. There was water all over the floor.
A call to the desk produced a promise to have someone "come look." There were no other rooms available, and I couldn't find one at another reasonably close hotel.
No one came, even after two more calls and a visit to the front desk. The desk agent just apologized, and said no one was available.
The next morning, I asked for a refund from the morning desk agent. I was told that he can't do that, but he would pass it along to his boss. This was unacceptable after applying even the most lenient standards. A full day later and I have yet to hear a whisper.
NO ONE SHOULD BOOK A ROOM HERE.
