Hotel de lujo por un precio muy asequible. Recomendamos encarecidamente comer o cenar en el hotel (platos deliciosos tanto entrantes como carnes, pescados y además varias sugerencias), y sin duda el spa muy completo con excelentes instalaciones .

El hotel es muy bonito aunque está en la zona nueva del castillo,las habitaciones amplias aunque la decoración es antigua tiene su encanto con unas vistas preciosas al campo de golf.Tiene un spa muy completo y tranquilo muy bien organizado.Los desayunos de 10.

Me regalaron una tarjeta de masaje a finales de febrero. Soy consciente de que tenía que haber tenido en cuenta la caducidad, pero pie cuestiones médicas no podía tumbarme, por lo tanto no podía darme el masaje. Al ir a coger cita hoy, me y medio después de la caducidad no hay sido nada comprensivos y he perdido el regalo. La verdad que siendo un sitio de tanto prestigio esperaba alguna opción. Rien à dire hôtel magnifique très bon accueil les hôtesses même avec des difficultés pour parler en français ont donnés le meilleur propreté irréprochable le luxe est au rendez-vous. Le petit déjeuner incroyable il ne manque de rien J'y retournerai sans problème Merci en plus nous avions offert une chambre à mes beaux-parents ils étaient émerveillés

Espectacular en todo, vistas, decoración y la habitación con terraza! Cama XL y baño muy amplio. Si hay algo que mejoraría sería quitar la puerta que interconecta las habitaciones ya que se oye mucho a los vecinos a través de esa puerta. El desayuno es impresionante, cereales kellogs en sus cajita, mermeladas de bote y zumos de bote, varios panes y tartas... Fabuloso!

NO SE PUEDE PREGUNTAR SI HAS PAGADO, Nos regalaron una experiencia en el Castillo de Gorraiz, la cual incluía spa y luego una cena, una vez que acabamos de cenar y salimos ya del hotel se nos acercó uno de los empleados y nos preguntó si habíamos pagado… una falta de respeto y se que no es la primera vez que lo hacen, haber si os comunicáis y no ponéis en vergüenza a los clientes.

Hotel precioso, decoración, atención del personal, desayunos espectaculares, cenas maravillosas y si el tiempo lo permite en la terraza, un placer. Trato exquisito. Spa muy bien y servicio de masajes y tratamientos excepcionales. He regresado y volveré. Un 10.
