Le lounge n est plus ce qu il était avant. il y a le même buffet identique tout au long de la journée contrairement à avant ou il y avait un buffet ptit dej, un buffet déjeuner et un buffet dessert bien complet pour les 3 buffets. l espace travail à un ordinateur PC de plus de 10 ans avec Windows XP, et connexion ADSL bas débit. en gros strictement impossible de travailler. même envoyer un simple mail prend 30 minutes ! vraiment pas digne d'un hôtel 5 étoiles en 2024 !

Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made us feel incredibly welcome. The service was impeccable, and every request was handled with care and a smile. Great stuff, with very worm welcome from the first minute. Great location, pretty quiet and at the same time very close to everything. A lot of parking place around. The pool is clean, big, and there is a kids pool as well. Breakfast is very rich and tasty. The Italian restaurant is very tasty. The pool bar has convenient prices. And once again, the stuff is absolutely amazing.

The hotel is not clean, the service is very poor, no answer at the reception, I will probably won’t come back again, at the first day, we came at 17:00 the room wasn’t ready for us, in Friday we went out from the room at 8:30 , and came back at 14:00 , the room was still not clean, no answers from the hotel service

I havevto saybthat my last visit to leonardo dead sea was a nightmare... I gave a chance now because my friend advised me this hotel. Rates are exoensive. 2+1kid BB Hotel has good pool and beach Breakfast very medium. A lot of food without taste. Low range of sweets Room clean.good view. Bathroom old equipted. Hair drier is just noising. No dry... All and all Isrotel is better
