1. Excellent service overall, with the exception of one staff member. 2. Very comfortable room, luxurious shower. 3. Wonderful breakfast. 4. Great location right by the sea, away from the busy hotel area. 5. Room change - we were moved to a different room due to unbearable noise from the tennis and padel courts. I would like to request a refund for the difference in room price - 250 ILS per night for 3 nights, totaling 750 ILS, as agreed with the reception upon our check-out. Thank you very much.

The rooms are big and clean. The hotel has a great pool. The prices in the hotel and the pool are good.

Very nice & quiet. We love this place at winter. Atmosphere for real relax. A small but beautiful stretch of beach with a view of the Edom mountains, a pool with calm and melodic music, and a very helpful team.

A charming and luxurious hotel with a pool and a nearby beach. You have to take into account that it is not in the center, for us this was an advantage. Good breakfast, excellent service, the rooms are large and very luxurious, we loved it. There is a small parking lot on a first-come, first-served basis for hotel guests, outside there is plenty of parking with meters.

I come for a 2 days holiday with my son . I pay 1300€ for 2 nights. In our room, we find cockroach They came to pick up the dirty towels, but they never left new one. The sun bed mattresses was so dirty that it was disgusting to lay down on them. most of the pool tower and the room towels was with yellow stamps , Everything was old and not well maintained The breakfast restaurant was under construction was not clan . Agin for the price that I pay it’s not worth it .

We’ve just completed a perfect family vacation at the reef hotel in eilat. This hotel is how hotels should be. Perfect location. Great breakfast. But the crown of this hotel is the staff ! Always ahead of what you need and want. Always with a smile and with a speedy service. It starts with the receptionists and all the way to the cleaning staff. Everything is pleasant and clean. Highly recommended!!!

We visited Eilat for the first time while in Israel for a wedding and spent a couple of wonderful days at this hotel. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. Patricia at the front desk was incredibly welcoming, always offering us wine as we passed by, which was such a thoughtful touch. Parking was convenient whenever space was available. The breakfast spread was simply amazing—there was so much variety that we couldn’t even try everything! Enjoying our meal with a breathtaking beachfront view made it even more special. The pool was fantastic, and our room was spacious with a great selection of TV channels, including NFL games late at night. The ocean view from our room was stunning, and most importantly, the atmosphere was peaceful—we barely saw any children, which made for a truly relaxing stay. We had a fantastic experience and will definitely be coming back!
