Wir waren für ein verlängertes Wochenende dort und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut. Über verschiedene Eierspeisen, Thüringer Wurstspezialitäten und Lachs bis hin zu Säften und Sekt wurde alles geboten. Wir würden dort wieder buchen.

Large and spacious accommodations for a low price. Furnishings are a bit sparse and worn with few electrical outlets available, but breakfast accommodations were first class! Overall, would definitely recommend.

Hotel hat sich leider sehr negativ entwickelt
Hotelzimmer war ziemlich heruntergekommen sowohl von Ausstattung als auch von der Hygiene her. War zuvor schon einige Male dort Gast, ab jetzt jedoch nie wieder.
Preis/Leistung stimmt überhaupt nicht. Für die Hotelrechnung muss man extra Zeit einplanen, da die Erstellung eine Ewigkeit 20 Minuten gedauert hat aufgrund mangelnder Kompetenz des Personals.
Dieses Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen

Gutes Hotel mitten in der Stadt
Wir wurden vom Glockenhof in den Kaiserhof umgebucht, weil man coronabedingt am Wochenende nur ein Hotel öffnen konnte. Der Kaiserhof ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, liegt aber sehr zentral

Alles, was ein Urlaub braucht...
Ein sauberes Zimmer und Bad sind fast das Wichtigste bei einem Hotelaufenthalt und hier stimmt alles.
Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und frisch, selbst bei meinem 3-tägigen Aufenthalt gab es schon Abwechslung. Großzügige Kaffee- und Teeauswahl.
Auch das Speisen- und Getränkeangebot in der Brasserie/im Weingarten ist ansprechend und geschmacklich einwandfrei. Zwar begrenzt, aber es wird hier auch an Vegetarier und Veganer gedacht.
Der Service war perfekt, das Personal war immer freundlich und hatte stets ein Lächeln übrig.
