I made a reservation on booking and something went wrong, I was charged twice, I requested a refund from the people at LUPAMA, they refused, they told me that they would leave the reservation open, requesting the reservation to take advantage since they charged me 340 dollars and they told me that the prices had gone up, since then I have written to them and they have not responded, I do not think they should treat tourists that way, it is unserious and a robbery. Se rescata la ubicación y la vista al lago. Pésimas instalaciones tanto en la habitación como en áreas comunes , no funcionaba teléfono ni frigobar bar, habitación pequeña para número de camas disponibles, malos enchufes, baño no confortable. No hay lugares cómodos para estar , mal desayuno , higiene no satisfactoria. Llevar valijas sin ruedas pues la entrada es de piedras y no hay ascensor. Trato del personal amable
