Not a great hotel although staff friendly. The room was ok - comfortable and linen clean Carpets were stained and needed a good vacuum! Curtains were old and faded. The room was extremely hot so kept window open. Breakfast- absolutely awful Toast old and hard, croissant burnt, the juice was Tang and fruit awful - to the point of plum being rotten The location was good for a walk to the lake but far from town Overall- very disappointing!

Hotel with few amenities. It has no restaurant or pool. It is old and far from the center. It is not recommended for those looking for a high-end accommodation. The most recommendable thing is the very friendly staff, always helping and attentive to everything!!!

A reasonable lower-mid price on the western edge of town. Nice public areas to relax. Rooms were ok, though like other places we stayed in Patagonia, you had to really search for power outlets to charge everything. Breakfast was ok, chosen from three set options. There are plenty of dinner options in town.

El hotel se encuentra sobre la calle principal a 15 cuadras del centro,frente al cartel de Calafate y elLlago Argentino.Las habitaciones son amplias con buena ropa de cama,tv,WiFi, calefacción solo en las áreas comunes pero se estaba bien Baño completo con ducha elementos de tocador, secador.cambio diario de toallas. No sirven desayuno pero hay todo tipo de vajillas y agua caliente paro poderse hacer uno y tomarlo en el comedor o el lobie.Sino a una cuadra hay una panadería cafetería en la cual se puede desayunar con ricas cosas.Un consejo sería hacerle algunas modificaciones al hotel y prestar el servicio de desayuno .

Este hotel lo contraté por una agencia y tanto en esa web como en la de tripadvisor dan información errónea sobre este lugar. Desde noviembre de 2021 no ofrecen desayunos, no tienen bar ni restaurante y tampoco minibar o frigobar en las habitaciones. Es un GRAN INCONVENIENTE porque las excursiones comienzan generalmente a las 7 o 7:30 y no hay algún lugar para desayunar. Tampoco tienen jarra eléctrica dónde calentar agua, ni en las habitaciones ni en recepción. Te obligan a salir de excursión sin haber desayunado algo caliente. El hotel no está cerca del centro (serán una 10 cuadras) y hay una confitaría a 1 cuadra pero abre a las 9. Es un hotel sindical, al que aparentemente están desmantelando (sin cafetería, sin frigobar, sin la mitad del mecanismo para que accedan discapacitados) Está limpio y la atención de los empleados es muy buena (tienen que resistir todas las quejas de los que como yo, fuimos engañados)
