Luxueus en zeer netjes alles afgewerkt op top locatie aan het meer.Eten is goed en personeel zeer vriendelijk. Zwembad en yoga ruimte elke ochtend om 6:00. Luxe hangmatten en stoelen. Kamer zeer ruim met airco en prima regendouche en ruime badkamer. Met een tuktuk voor 20Q naar El Remate in 5 minuten. Daar rijden voldoende collectivo’s om je naar Flores te brengen. Jammer is wel dat ontbijt en diner in rap tempo geserveerd worden. Dineren in 15 minuten is niet echt genieten. Dat uitserveren mag langzamer gedaan worden. Is veel rustgevender en past beter bij de vibe die er heerst

We zijn 3 dagen verbleven in het hotel. Wat een prachtige plek is dit! Het is er heerlijk om bij te komen en een goede uitvalsbasis om Tikal te bezoeken. Bij aankomst konden we eerder inchecken. Als verrassing hadden ze een upgrade voor ons. De kamer was super groot en heel mooi. Fantastisch! De service was heel goed en het personeel heel vriendelijk. Als je een taxi of tuk tuk nodig hebt kun je het aangeven en dan regelen ze dat voor je. Er zijn vel zitplekjes om te relaxen. Verder hebben we meegedaan met de yoga bij zonsopkomst. Dit was een leuke ervaring! We raden het hotel zeker aan.

Excelente servicio. Excelente lugar para desconectar de la rutina y conectar con la naturaleza. Nos gustó mucho lo que se puede apreciar y vivir aca, la tranquilidad y paz que transmite El lago. El servicio muy bueno por parte del personal.

La habitación era cómoda. Un lugar muy tranquilo para relajarse. Muy buena cocina y el personal sumamente amable y servicial. Una muy buena experiencia. Las vistas del lago espectaculares. Y poder nadar en aguas tan tranquilas y cálidas fue una experiencia genial.

The Gringo Perdido will go down as one of my all-time favorite places to stay. It is in a beautiful location, has helpful/friendly staff, provides amazing food, great recreation activities, and some of the best coffee I have ever had (and it is included). I cannot say enough good things about the Gringo Perdido and cannot wait to bring more people here in the future!

What a beautiful paradise on earth is this hotel! I was amazing by the peace and tranquility. We got welcomed by Lola and Blacky a beautiful black Labradors the facility is so clean and perfect The rooms are clean and roomy, we had everyday room service and towels were made on a different animal figurine ❤️ breakfast and dinner are included, perfect size portions and delicious. The lagoon is clam and the water is warm. We enjoyed sitting on the deck for hours enjoying the sunset and a cold beer.

Para disfrutar el lugar mas lindo del mucho sin duda es el Gringo perdido, super recomendable si te gusta convivir con la naturaleza, excelente servicio, personal amable, impecable, playa privada. Lola (perrita) y Antonella (Gatita) las mejores relacionistas publicas se roban el corazón. Me he hospedado en Flores, San Andrés y sin duda yo no cambio este lugar.
