This is my third time staying at this fantastic place. Is a farm or country side place with 5 individual houses with 5-7 suites each with a pool , jacuzzi and sauna. Breakfast is fantastic and is incredibly good. Highly recommended this place

Wonderful location . The staff is very friendly, the rooms were super clean and comfortable. The gardens and entire venue were in beyond perfect state. Very friendly staff

Pésima seguridad! Se metieron los ladrones en la Casa Guadualito mientras dormíamos. Fue horrible, robaron celulares, computadores y maletas. Las cámaras de seguridad estaban desconectadas. Los niños estaban muy asustados. Menos mal fue la penúltima noche. El menaje de la casa Verdum muy malo. La nevera no funcionaba, lo cual es terrible en ese clima. Nos solucionaron con una nevera pequeña sin congelador. También nos querían cobrar un porcentaje por la bebidas alcohólicas que compramos y por los domicilios de comida. Unos de las habitaciones no tenía agua cliente. Usar el BBQ cuesta 180.000 pesos.

This is a hidden gem. Landscaped grounds surrounds several intricately finished two story buildings. Staff and restaurant were perfect. Don’t worry about short drive off the main road. This leads to a safe and quiet area separate by forested and golf course like neighborhood. Close proximity to airport does not impact the quiet.

We were sent here by an airline as our flight was cancelled. We were blown away by how fabulous it is. So quiet. The house we stayed in was stunning. It is very quiet and so relaxing. Staff were so accommodating and friendly. Stay here.

Como estar en la casita de Encanto. Atencio personalizada y deliciosa comida en el hotel. Muy bien ubicado cerca de muchas atracciones y pueblos de la zona cafetera. Recomiendo ya sea para familias o grupos grandes Cada casa con piscina propia y jacuzzi. También atención del restaurante a la casa El chef pendiente de los gustos de cada uno nos preparó una rica sopa que no estaba en la carta.

Las instalaciones son excelentes, bien cuidadas, aseadas, jardines en muy buen estado. Habitaciones cómodas. Perfecto para plan pareja o familia que busca comodidad y tranquilidad. El chef y atención en el restaurante es maravilloso. Pero lo más importante y hace que la experiencia en este hotel haya sido de las mejores que hemos vivido es la cordialidad y amabilidad de la gente que atiende, todo el tiempo estan pendientes que estes bien y no te falte nada. Super recomendado. De exhaltar la atención recibida por parte de Doña Rubiela, Maryuri, tatiana, kevin, jeidy, Wilson.

Estuve en el hotel La Herencia el mes pasado. Una experiencia memorable, celebramos el cumpleaños de mi hija y todo fue perfecto, el restaurante, las zonas sociales, la casa Guadualito, Increíble, gracias a todos los colaboradores del Hotel nos sentimos como en casa, totalmente recomendable.
