El Loa Hotels with Airport pickup service

The hotel was the best of staff care; they were always attentive and willing to solve any disadvantages. We were welcomed with a welcome drink and as the first to check in at the new hotel reception, we were allocated a room above the contracted. The rooms were perfectly clean, everything was very nice and worked perfectly; the rooms were wide and comfortable. Breakfast was very rich and varied. The restaurant is a 10: quality products, very well prepared and presented. The hotel has a well-protected parking within the property and with security staff.

Pegamos um quarto de casal com banheiro privado, tudo muito limpo e organizado. Hostal fica na mesma estrutura do Roots café, onde é feito o café da manhã e também pode-se jantar e almoçar. Café excelente. Nos passeios em que precisamos sair cedo, sempre nos prepararam um lanchinho para viagem. Equipe muito gentil, em destaque para o Argentino (me fugiu o nome) que sempre estava nos ajudando e perguntando se precisávamos alguma coisa. Para quem quer uma opção tranquila ao lado da rua Caracoles, no coração de San Pedro, indico muito. Uma sugestão, pague em dólares (leve em especie) desta forma não precisará pagar o IVA de 19%.

We wanted a confortable bed with duvet ( not heavy blankets) and a decent shower. We got that. But from the start there were issues. The extra bed in the triple room wasnt done and there were hairs on the mattress. The shower was burning hot. No cold water.! We had to go twice downstairs to get a man to fix it. We had problem to get Internet and had yet again to go downstairs to get help. (There is no way of contacting reception so we spent the first hour going down many times.) Internet does work. We waited for the third bed to be cleaned and done but at the end we had to do the bed ourselves. The air con didn't work despite the fact that the technician was there fixing the water. He looked at it and decided it works. Well it didn't. 🌝Breakfast was good. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The problems were sorted. The location of the hotel is good. You can easily walk into town or go to the modern shopping mall where you find cash point and money exchange at good rates.

The check in was smooth. I as a non-Chilean didn't need to pay the extra taxes. It's 1.5km from centro, but that's not a big problem. I walked back and forth to centro, and I felt safe even at late night. The room was ok. The bunk bed was sturdy. There were 3 living areas: indoor, roofed outdoor, and rooftop. Rey Lagarto has the typical international hostel vibes and services. The major room for improvement was the wifi, which was slow and unstable. I'm not sure if this was about the geography of Atacama.

The location is very good, less than 100 meters from the JUMBO supermarket, it is very convenient to purchase food for tourism. The room is compact and comfortable, breakfast is good, the waiter speaks English and the service is very professional. There is a parking lot.

The room is very pleasant, super careful and clean, well-structured room, clean towels and towels, comfortable bed, which seemed to be wearing for rest after the trips. The breakfast is always at the request time, hot breads! The swimming pool is always clean and open for use at any time. Wi-Fi of good quality. The two staff are very careful and sympathetic. The room manager, Mr Rosana, was very kind to us, allowing us to enter one hour before the time planned. The walk to Caracoles Street is about 10 minutes, but absolutely quiet to be done. There is a market near the hotel for small shopping and lunch. We have no complaint, just thank you!

Me aloje en una habitación individual durante 5 noches. La cama era muy cómoda y la ducha excelente, ideal para recuperarse luego de las excursiones. Cocina completa con todo lo necesario (horno industrial, vajilla, utensilios de cocina varios, heladera, etc). Limpieza 10 puntos, tanto de la habitacion como de los distintos espacios comunes. Personal muy atento y amable, dispuesto a ayudar y dar recomendaciones. Alquilan bicicletas a buen precio. Hay dos patios en el lugar: uno con mesas donde se puede desayunar/comer y otro que cuenta con sillones de madera y dos hamacas paraguayas. El lugar tienr esteticamente detalles bonitos, se encuentra cuidado y bien mantenido. Resumiendo, mi experiencia fue excelente y recomiendo fuertemente alojarse en La Yareta.

La ubicación es excelente, cerca de la caracoles. Se tiene acceso a la cocina durante todo el día, lo que es muy útil para el que quiera ahorrar en cuanto lo que es alimentación (para cocinarse uno mismo y no ir todos los días a restaurantes). El espacio común siempre está muy limpio, al igual que las pieza cuando te la entregan. En resumen, recomiendo este hostal por su ubicación, comodidad, atención y limpieza.
