Service is below average, no kettle in the room have to go to lobby for hot water and every morning the hot water ran out, they don’t make the room unless you requested them.

A hundred plus dollars room doesn’t even have a bottle of water? This is ridiculous! If you look at their prices, quite expensive! I didn’t ask much, a couple of bottled water is a must. It dos worth the price the asked.
