We previously stayed at another hotel of this chain and expected welcome drinks upon arrival, but they were not offered. They put you in the wrong family room: please note that on the website there is a description and pictures of one type of family room - for 4 people, with a double bed and two separate beds, but they put you in room 403 - supposedly also a family room, but for 3 people, with double bed and single bed. So the first night was terrible, but the hotel provided a cot the next day and things got better. What also spoiled the impression was that we later saw how, upon arrival for another family, the same manager poured welcome drinks. And he provided them with a room in another building, an order of magnitude better than ours - keep in mind that rooms 500, 600, 700, 800 are in new modern buildings, the rest of the rooms are in old buildings.
The impression was slightly brightened up by a small compensation from the hotel - all inclusive for 1 day and meals at the hotel. The food was amazing, thanks to the chef.

Lovely stay, lovely staff
Food - excellent.
Staff - amazing, went out of way to be as helpful as possible
Location - superb views, even if a bit tucked away.
Room - a bit basic and need a bit of investment. With a baby it's not great to not have a bath and the bathroom very small.

5 star vacation at Acrotel Elea beach. The hotel was beautiful and perfectly located with a 5min walk to beautiful, clean Elea beach. Other gorgeous beaches within a few kms. The staff was absolutely amazing, welcoming, helpful and pleasant to be around. THE PERFECT CHOICE.

Das Superior Zimmer sehr modern und schön eingerichtet (renoviert). Das Essen sehr gut. Die Lage des Hotels super für die Besichtigunden des Halbinsels.
Das einzige Manko sind die Parkplätze im Hotel, es sind sehr wenige Parkplätze verfügbar, die extrem eng sind, jedoch kann man immer kostenlos auf der Straße parken.

Abbiamo aspettato qualche mese, perchè i ricordi e le sensazioni non fossero troppo condizionate dalle emozioni del momento. Ad oggi possiamo dire che anche e per merito del personale dell'Hotel, la nostra vacanza, che poteva esser rovinata da una caduta e relativa frattura ad una gamba, si è invece trasformata in una esperienza molto bella. Ringraziamo il sig. Miki e il suo staff per l'assistenza e la premura con la quale ci hanno coccolato durante il nostro soggiorno. Il luogo è bellissimo e anche i dintorni meritano una visita, ma era piacevole poter tornare in hotel la sera, sapendo che non avremmo avuto difficoltà! Ancora Grazie.

The only negative is if you don’t like bugs don’t stay here! I had emailed the hotel a week prior to our arrival asking for a high floor room. This is because I have a phobia of bugs not usually a problem in a high floor room. We were given a ground floor room surrounded by hedging and greenery and an over hanging olive tree. I told management the night we arrived and the next morning that I couldn’t stay in that room. I was told there was no alternative because they were full. I was assured they use bug spray and told there were no bugs in the rooms. There were spiders in the room large ones and a cock roach in the bathroom which we called reception to remove. I honestly didn’t sleep all week because i was so stressed with the bugs. its a shame because I'm sure i would have had a different experience in a high floor room Needless to say i will not be returning.
