Extremely poor airport shuttle experience, especially not recommended for Asian/Chinese travelers.
I checked into the hotel on May 4th. To be prepared, I called the hotel front desk around 10:30 AM before even arriving at O'Hare Airport to inquire about the airport shuttle. The front desk told me I had to call for the shuttle only after arriving at the airport, and that it would take approximately 25-45 minutes to arrive. When I further asked if I should call 30 minutes in advance, they didn't provide a clear explanation and instead said I hadn't understood them. The entire communication was very unfriendly and unprofessional.
After arriving at the airport around 3 PM, I immediately called the hotel. The front desk told me the shuttle had already been dispatched and would arrive in about 25 minutes. However, I ended up waiting for nearly 50 minutes. During this time, I called twice more (approximately every 20 minutes) to confirm, and each time I was told, 'about 15 more minutes,' but the actual waiting time far exceeded what was initially stated. For a hotel that advertises airport shuttle service, this kind of communication is chaotic and unreliable.
What was even more uncomfortable was the shuttle driver's attitude. When the driver arrived, his first question was if I was the one who had been waiting for a long time, and then he said their shuttle usually takes about 50 minutes to arrive. This completely contradicted the information the front desk had given me. When I, tired from a long journey, asked him for help putting my luggage into the car, he said they weren't allowed to touch luggage and that it wasn't his job. He spoke while pointing at me with both index fingers, his attitude was very rude and offensive, and I even felt my personal safety was threatened. And I was just asking him to help me put one suitcase into the car.
This experience made me feel very uncomfortable. The hotel front desk's information about the shuttle was confusing and inaccurate, and the driver's attitude was extremely bad. There was another non-Asian passenger who got on the shuttle at the same time, and the driver was very polite to her, even initiating conversations with her multiple times. The driver himself was a middle-aged white male.

This hotel is fine for a one-night layover, but don't expect much. It's cheap, so the facilities are very old. The breakfast is truly the absolute worst you'll find in the US, barely better than nothing at all.

I stayed at this hotel last week and had a really pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was soft, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The bathroom was spotless and had a good supply of hot water.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the breakfast had a decent variety with good taste.

They have a shuttle, and the room is nice and clean, near a bar and restaurant that is open until late, and this place is always a very reasonable place to stay for a budget without sacrificing cleanliness and service. I recommend

The photo for the king executive room had a sofa. I paid the price for that room. The room I received did not have a sofa. I tried to resolve with the front desk. They said there was nothing they could do without charging me extra money.

When we arrived, was told that elevator had breakdown. We had to carry our heavy luggages to the 1st floor when hotel staff should have helped us in managing it.
Shuttle service was good, and driver was excellent and friendly. Guided us to the correct terminal for the drop off.
Breakfast though simple, but it managed to sooth our hunger. 👍

In the United States, this price is at the top of domestic 3-star prices. What I like about it is the airport shuttle and super simple breakfast. Also just transfer near the airport. It would be better if there is a restaurant nearby
