Excellent property. The rooms were comfy and clean. Breakfast has a wide variety of choices and the waffles were delicious, with a flavor change every morning. Front desk and breakfast attendant are friendly. Pet friendly hotel - $75 fee.

When I booked this hotel through ******* I mainly booked it because when looking at the pictures, there was a hot tub in the pool area. When we walked in to stay the night we asked again about the hot tub but was told there was none. Someone needs to update the pictures so they are correct and true to what you are selling. The hotel is nice and pretty well updated, but you need to fix your pictures otherwise you are misadvertising your hotel.

For some reason you pay to stay here but aren’t even given controls over the tv. First time that’s ever happened in all my travels. They said “no outside devices can connect to the tv” so I’m supposed to bring my own tv lol. Stupid business decision. Definitely going back to holiday inn. Checking out early and won’t be back. Even the sketchy Hampton in Oklahoma was better.

We were visiting friends in Delavan, and being Loyal Hilton members, we stayed at the Hampton Inn in Elkhorn. It was a very pleasant stay. The hotel was very clean and quiet, and the entire staff was wonderful. The hotel was near many places to eat that you could walk to, and it was a convenient location for visiting our friends' house. Cindy, at the front desk, was particularly helpful and kind. Rachel did a marvelous job of preparing our room. And, although I don't know anyone else's name, as I said before, the entire staff was wonderful. It was also reasonably priced with coffee 24 hours a day and a delicious complimentary breakfast. We didn't have a car, but it was also free parking. If we return, we will definitely stay here again.

The hotel has recently been renovated and the rooms and common area are very nice. As far as the room itself, maybe it was just the room we were in at the end of the hall, but although very clean and nicely decorated, it was a little small with an odd placement of the T.V. to the side of the bed. However, the bed was very comfortable and the complimentary toiletries were nice. The pool is very nice but we did not realize that the jacuzzi has been removed since we were last there, but that is not a deal breaker. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful! We will definitely stay again when in the area.
