着家的衞生還可以，買東西方便，室內沒有冰箱和微波爐，但是可以去office用微波爐。讓我不滿意的是wife的信號太差了，在房間就沒有信號。這一點需要加提升，服務員的態度還是挺好的很熱情。

Filthy floors, dead and live spiders and roaches, holes in the sheets, backed up sinks... disgusting. They charged us four times the regular rate because it was a busy weekend....and gave us a disgusting room. When I reached out to the manager, Rick, he refused to talk to me on the phone, telling me to email him and send pictures (which I did.) He blamed it on his cleaning staff, never apologized, claimed he would "refund partial rate" but never did. Do NOT stay here. They'll not only give a gross room, they have no problem completely ripping you off.

Stopped here for one night to rest before continuing on our way to Montana. The best part was the young man checking us in; he was friendly and helpful. The worst was the rectangle with two pieces of cloth disguised as a bed with pillows. All we needed was a comfortable bed and what we got was a hard surface. Used the flimsy towels to try to provide a layer of cushion for the ‘pillows’ Can’t remember ever staying at any budget motel with such poor bedding. We left at first light to get relief from lack of sleep.

To be fair, this is a review of the check-in process, not the hotel itself, and my phone conversation with the clerk. My family didn't even get past the check-in process. Brother and sister broke down in Ellensburg, and had to find a hotel. The font desk clerk in this hotel insisted BOTH adults had to have ID. My sister didn't have her id, and the clerk insisted they were unable to stay. In the phone conversation I had with him begging him to reconsider, he did acknowledge minors didn't require ID to stay, but that any adults had to have ID. This is illogical, as my brother was the one with the credit card & ID. Got them checked into the Days Inn down the street without any problem at all. Go there instead.
