The manager could not have been more welcoming, as well as the other member of staff I came across. Great WiFi, fantastic snooker room. Would definitely visit again. Thank you for your kind hospitality!

Sadly there are breakfast facilities on site and one of nights include when the cafe opposite was closed.
Hotel Parking is limited but public parking is immediately available.
Room was clean, comfortable and warm.

Very pleased with our stay at this newly refurbished hotel with beautiful warm and comfortable rooms. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Nice bar area with music in the background but not too loud! Centrally located next to the large main car park which was only 40p an hour and free after 6pm. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby and pleasant canalside walks from just down the road. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit to the area.

Booked last minute when going to see the Kings of Leon in Wrexham. Got the family room as the only one that was left . It was really comfortable with a good shower and really clean (looked as if it had recently been re decorated) Really friendly and helpful staff. Ellesmere is a nice little town

Only stayed for one night but what a lovely pub with restaurant first class staff very helpful food was excellent walked around the mere lake beautiful spot the room was very comfortable had everything I needed including free Wi-Fi throughout the premises
